You Only Pinch Twice

“No, Mister Bond. I expect you to STRIP.”

James Bond and burlesque? You don’t want to miss this.

Here’s the story of You Only Pinch Twice: The world is, as usual, in trouble… menaced this time by the Pernicious International Cartel of Horrible Baddies Out To Take Over el Mundo (P.I.N.C.H.B.O.T.T.O.M.), whose plan for global domination — to use the twirling of burlesque performers’ tassels to hypnotize the populace into submission — is not the most ludicrous in the history of the 007 franchise. But P.I.N.C.H.B.O.T.T.O.M. will soon discover that The Twirl is Not Enough. Because (an unlicensed parody of) James Bond is back… and this time, she has a “License to Pinch” in this undercover extravaganza.

Pussy Galore. A trapeze artist criminal? Oldest actress to ever play a Bond girl? A lesbian (in the novel at least)? No Bond girl as unique as her.

  2. Shi Ying Chan October 23, 2012 at 1:16 pm #

Halle Berry as Jinx in Die Another Day

Pussy Galore is going to be an obvious choice. I’d go with Jill St. John’s Tiffany Case. She has a real sense of humor and the faces she makes when James finally disposes of Mr Wynt and Mr Kidd are classic.

Side note – I was shooting for the Thursday performance, so if that’s impossible for the free tix, take me out of the running, but I wanted to chime in!
